Hey, I'm Mandy.
I am a therapist committed to supporting others. I strive to be an open and empathetic listener. I want you to gain insight and have support. Therapy is a collaborative process between the client and the therapist. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker originally from Northern California. I have experience working with people of all different backgrounds and professional settings. I have practiced in mental health agencies, schools, nonprofits, and the juvenile court system.

Seeking therapy is a strength, not a weakness.

Reaching outside yourself for support takes courage. Navigating and sustaining healthy relationships can be tricky. Learning to be kind and compassionate towards yourself is even more challenging. Therapy can be transformative and powerful to help build a meaningful and purpose-driven life.

In your corner.

As your therapist, we can work together to help you with issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship struggles. I offer an open-minded and nonjudgmental approach. Actual change comes from a strong alliance between client and therapist. Therapy is not an action done "to you" but a journey we are on together.

Healing wounds and promoting well-being.

I hope we can get you together to a place of peace, balance, and happiness.  I am an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist. I believe in deep healing through EMDR and have seen firsthand the amazing transformation in clients addressing distressing events or past traumas.  I am an Attachment-focused practitioner trained by the Parnell Institute.

I offer a BIPOC & LGBTQ+ Safe Space. For your safety and convenience, I offer in-person and online services. I'm proud to be part of the West Coast Therapy Collective in Encinitas, California.

I look forward to connecting with you!
